Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately, our products are available only in Greece and Cyprus.
How do I return an item?
Returns are free and easy for our customers!
Step 1: Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. To return your unwanted items, please mark which you would like to return on your returns note.
Step 2: Return your items in the original packaging (where possible), with the tags still attached. We're unable to accept returns for any pierced jewellery.
Step 3: Use one of our free trackable returns labels to the right of your delivery note.
Oh and don't forget to keep proof of return or tracking number - we'll need this if there are issues with your return.
When will I get my refund?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received. We’ll send you an email as soon as your return has been processed at our Warehouse. Refunds take 3-5 working days to reach your account.
If you haven't heard from us after 10 working days of sending your parcel back, then contact us!
What are your delivery options?
We have two delivery options:
1. Standard Delivery: Deliveries take 3 to 5 working days and are free of charge (excludes Weekends & Bank Holidays).
2. Next Day Delivery: Order before 11pm to receive your order tomorrow. Orders made after 11pm will be delivered the day after (excludes Sundays & Bank Holidays). Extra charge 4.99 euro or free for orders over 60 euro.
